Acceptance of Terms
By engaging with Shuipet's manufacturing services, placing orders, or accessing our facilities, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Shuipet Automotive Parts Manufacturing Co., Ltd.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of our services immediately. Continued engagement constitutes acceptance of all terms and conditions outlined herein.

Order Terms & Conditions
Order Placement
Orders confirmed in writing with detailed specifications, quantities, delivery requirements, and payment terms.
Lead Times
15-45 days for existing tooling, 45-90 days for new product development based on complexity.
Minimum Orders
MOQ 500-5,000 pieces for standard components, custom tooling for specialized parts.
Payment Terms
Intellectual Property
Client retains ownership of all proprietary designs and IP. Shuipet maintains strict confidentiality and will not reproduce client IP for third parties.
Manufacturing processes and tooling designs developed by Shuipet remain our property. Both parties respect existing patents and trademarks.
Warranties & Liability
12-month warranty against manufacturing defects from delivery date. Covers material and workmanship defects.
Liability limited to product replacement or refund. Not liable for consequential or indirect damages.
Delivery & Risk
Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Immediate termination for material breach or insolvency.
Outstanding payments due upon termination. Confidentiality and warranty obligations survive termination.
